Ideal Junior Sous Chef candidates for this position will have a no-compromise approach to food preparation and presentation.
Skills, Duties and Essential Functions:
2 plus years restaurant experience Culinary training / education preferred Fast paced, fine dining experience Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
Interpersonal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Dependable and reliable Ability to thrive in fast paced environment Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.

Will support chef in hiring, training and supporting team.
